Dates: April 8 – 14, 2026. Please plan to arrive on April 7. We will get together around 6pm. Please plan to stay for the full course, closing around 6:00pm on April 14. Your earliest departure will be on April 15, 2026.
1. Visa & Entry Requirements
Before making travel arrangements, please ensure you meet Australia’s entry and visa requirements.
Unless you are an Australian citizen, a valid Australian visa is required to enter the country.
WHO NEEDS A VISA
- Australian citizens: No visa required
- New Zealand passport holders: May apply for a visa upon arrival
- All other passport holders (of any age): A visa must be obtained before departing your home country
RECOMMENDED VISA TYPE
Most participants will apply for a 3-month tourist visa, which is suitable for attending NOA Hayman Island.

Your Arrival to NOA Hayman Island
Your journey to Hayman Island has been thoughtfully designed to unfold step by step.
Below you will find a clear sequence to support your travel, from your international arrival in Australia to your final transfer onto the island, so you can arrive grounded, relaxed, and fully present for this next phase of NOA.
STEP-BY-STEP TRAVEL & ARRIVAL GUIDE
Step 1: Fly Into Australia
Book your international flight into Australia.
If you are arriving into a major hub (most commonly Sydney or Brisbane), please plan sufficient time between flights for:
– Immigration
– Baggage claim
– Re-checking luggage (if required)
– Domestic terminal transfer (if applicable)
Recommended buffer: Allow 3–4 hours minimum between your international arrival and domestic connection (longer during peak travel seasons).
Step 2: Fly to Hamilton Island (HTI)
The InterContinental Hayman Island Resort is accessible only by boat from Hamilton Island.
Please book your domestic flight to Hamilton Island Airport (HTI).
There are direct flights to Hamilton Island from major Australian cities.
Important: Do not book flights to other nearby airports, as all transfers to Hayman Island depart exclusively from Hamilton Island.
Step 3: Arrange Your Complimentary Luxury Launch Transfer
A complimentary transfer to Hayman Island has been arranged via the hotel’s luxury launch service.
To schedule your transfer:
– Email: hayman.groups@ihg.com
– Include your confirmed arrival and departure flight details
As there is no standard boat schedule, providing accurate flight information is essential.
Please arrange this as soon as your flights are confirmed.
Step 4: Arrival at Hamilton Island Airport
Upon arrival at Hamilton Island Airport (HTI):
– You will be asked to identify your luggage at the baggage carousel
– This ensures all items are accounted for prior to transfer
The hotel’s guest services team will manage your luggage, transferring it to the luxury launch.
Upon arrival on Hayman Island, your luggage will be delivered directly to your room.
Step 5: Luxury Launch Transfer to Hayman Island
You will be escorted to the hotel’s luxury launch for the scenic transfer.
During the transfer, you will complete your hotel registration, including:
– Address
– Signature
– Credit card imprint of A$500 for incidentals
Step 6: Arrival & Check-In at InterContinental Hayman Island
Upon arrival:
– Your luggage will be delivered directly to your room
– Final check-in details will be completed
– NOA-specific welcome guidance will follow according to the program schedule
Optional Private Transfer Options
Private helicopter and private boat charter options are available from Hamilton Island to Hayman Island.

- What to Bring – Attire
Participants are invited to bring comfortable white and off-white clothing for the duration of the program. Comfortable and breathable fabrics are recommended. Laundry services are available at the resort, allowing you to pack with ease.
A yoga mat will be provided during the course.
